The coconut palm is one of the most beautiful and useful trees in the world, grown in more than 80 countries of the tropical. It supplies food, drink and shelter and also supplies raw material to number of industries intimately connected with domestic as well as economic life.
The coconut tree has no branches, only leaves, which are far away on the top of the tree and are used by people in various things. Coconut tree only grows in tropical climate and are likely to be found in coastal areas. Coconut trees require regular rainfall to grow and also, they only grow in sandy soil.
The coconut palm plant (Cocos nucifera) is characterized by a tall, gray-brown, slightly curved single trunk, sprawling green palm fronds, and, of course, coconuts. It also loves lots of warmth, sun, and humidity. This can be difficult but not impossible to replicate for an indoor palm.
