Description
Anisomeles malabarica is a species of herbaceous shrub in the family Lamiaceae. It is native to tropical and subtropical regions of India. Malabar catmint is an aromatic, perennial plant with woolly stems, growing from 50 – 150cm tall. The stems often become woody and persist. The plant is harvested from the wild for local use in traditional medicine.
